Thanks for being interested in advancing your mental health by learning more about how to properly use your emotions. Please note these are the healthy definitions of how to use emotions and they allow the mind, heart, and body to be congruent with what the emotions are signaling. If one has used other definitions of the same feelings throughout life and claimed that the feeling of anger signaled that you needed to fly into a rage, you will utilize the energy of the emotion to do this, because your mind has the power to direct the energy toward healthy or destructive uses of the emotional energy. Bear in mind we all have a choice and most clients have indicated they have increased their relief if they utilize the above definitions as stated.
