I remember this Olympic sized swimming pool because it was filled with salt water that was brought into the pool from the ocean that was nearby via piping. I don’t know exactly how deep it was. It was too far to reach or I had not known how to do so at the time. Thus the thought about my breath, and my popping ears, and I just remember that being in the pool was more buoyant than most pools because of the salt water.

A New Perspective IN ME on Mental Health Treatment

Mental health is such a dynamic subject and open to so many views and expert opinions. The reason for my writing and venturing into conjecture and topics that are subjective in nature is

The Season of Masks

What kinds of masks do you like to dress up with? Is it Superhero, Scary or Seductive? I find that in my work I talk about the masks people use as crutches. They latched on to it and enjoyed being something different and then at some point they realize it isn’t working anymore, but the harder they try to pry the smile, the paint, the eyes off their real self the more painful it is. I know the Master Mask Maker and I try to ask him to help and go to him for wisdom when we are facing changes in how a person is working to present their real self to the world.
